NSW Offer Control EMEA Regional Lead
Key activities of NSW Offer Controller include :
- Manages and enforce the BG internal Limit of Authority (LoA) process and manages A/C/D-Level approvals at Market or corporate level (provides LoA gate material, leads gate meeting if any, tracks LoA decision, follows up action items, with the support of sCRM)
- Accountable for the Offer and Contract Approval in line with the LOA process
- Evaluates the case, formulates recommendations for business decisions, facilitates alignment across different stakeholders (BGs, CO, …), manages escalation
- Manages G4/G5 approval for assigned cases with the support of sCRM
- Responsible for assessing case pricing level, financials, Cash Flow and financial risks
- Ensures involvement of relevant finance and other experts
- Deciding on the revenue split method for Multi BG cases
- Accountable for overall case risk including coordination with all stakeholders
- Responsible for risk evaluation, reserve definition and supporting the offer team for risk mitigation
- Validates the case as official G4 and G5 validator and is responsible for case transfer to CTC (for RRB preparation) and Project Controller (for project execution)
- Key interface between Customer Team and Central Support Team
- Ability to lead without line authority, strong and natural leader with strong influencing & negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation, networking and communication skills (especially in a multicultural environment).
- Experience in change management and affinity to act as a change agent
- Working within a large matrix global organization with complex stakeholder environments
- Working across cultures with sensitivity, partnering and drive with focus on business impact
