As the Lead NSW Agile Transformation Coach you will be a key player in the NSW SAFe Transformation core team. With your strong expertise in Lean-Agile Transformations you will bring to the team a vision on how a successful transformation is planned, executed and followed-up in a truly large scale enterprise. Your responsibilities will include planning and execution of the various transformation activities, planning and execution of the SAFe and Lean-Agile training of the personnel and participation in the NSW SAFe adaptation definitions. You will be hands-on supporting the different launch activities and the key role holders in addition to actively providing support in the Communities of Practice’s. To be successful in the role, you are required to have
- multiple years of work experience in lean-agile enterprise in various roles
- stellar understanding of the steps in successful product development including software sales and deployment phases
- SPC or SPCT certificate with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience launching SAFe successfully in large organizations
- excellent presentation skills
- excellent people and coaching skills
- good problem solving skills
- innovation mindset
- fluent in English
As a NSW SAFe Transformation Consultant you will be part of the core NSW SAFe Transformation team responsible of analyzing current state in the organization, planning the transformation activities, and training the personnel in SAFe and Lean-Agile. You will be hands-on supporting the different launch activities. To be successful in the role, you are required to have
