Job Description
1 General Description:
This position is to performing overall project management in the process of Nuage SDN products development for China Mobile customer.
Technical Project Manager (TPM) works with global SDN R&D team to be responsible for development schedule, budget control and resource management.
 
2 Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall project management for CMCC Nuage SDN project in China in cooperation with global Nuage SDN R&D team.
- Develop project plans and model plans incl. schedule, budget, (human) resource requirements, entry/exit criteria etc. based on product management and system engineering inputs
- Prepare project risk assessment and mitigation plans
- Track project execution and lead the mitigation plan for emergency
- Coordinate project features, requirements and schedule with product management, service, IE, SCN and different development disciplines in the course of project execution
- Align and coordinate the project plan with quality plan to ensure the product development meeting general availability on schedule with quality
- Align resource requirements with resource managers
- Support customer ticket resolution and arrange maintenance release planning
- Support and organize project fault review board meetings
- Facilitate retrospection reviews
 
 
3 Qualification:
- MS. degree or above, CS or EE is preferred
- IT/Telecom background preferred
- Knowledgeable in network and cloud products
- 3 years work experience in R&D project management
- PMP certification is preferred
- Evident strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent in spoken/written English
- Good teamwork
- Creative and initiative-taking personality with strong sense of ownership
