About Global Services
The Global Services business group deploys, supports and operates communication service providers’ (CSP) and enterprise networks. This includes network infrastructure services and professional services for mobile networks and managed operations for fixed, mobile, IP and optical domains. Nokia is also leading new growth areas including network cognitive services and analytics, public sector networks, energy and transport markets and our Worldwide IoT Network Grid (WING) which provides seamless connectivity across geographical borders and technologies.
Job Description
- Leading role in supporting customer escalations on various critical and technical complex tasks related to network planning, quality assurance, optmisation, new releases, features implementation and consultancy.
- Actively involve and contribute to Nokia Capability develoment program through guidelines creation, sharing best practices and delivering workshop/training to NPO community.
- Build strong networking and relationship with Global experts, product line and region experts.
- Readily to support any escalation cases globally in short notice.
Qualifications
- At least 10 of years experience in Radio Planning and Optimisation with minimum 4years in LTE technology and good track record of solving complex technical issues.
- In depth knowledge in RF principle and fundamentals.
- In-depth knowledge in Nokia LTE RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signaling flow and protocol.
- Experience and knowledge on E2E mobile network (RAN and Core) network planning, performance and optimization is an added advantage.
- 5G network planning and optimization experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in database programming and big data analytics is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accountability to drive quality and costs efficiency.
- Strong team player, self-motivated and possesses strong commitment to excel.
- Extensive travelling on regular basis.
