Additional Requirements:

Should have 6-10 years of working experience on PaCo products and technologies.

Deep knowledge of PaCo Network and functionality of products such as Nokia Networks Browsing Gateway, Flexi NG, SGSN (DX+ATCA), MME, Cloud & PCS-5000.

Familiar with GPRS,3G,4G networks and interfaces and Telco cloud Technology.

Good Linux administration knowledge

knowledge of Cloud Infra, Cloud Orchestration, VMware, OpenStack.

Good troubleshooting skills and familiar with troubleshooting tools.

Provide follow-up & ensure good co-ordination with L3 Technical Support teams.

Good Communication Skills.

Willingness to travel and experience about customer networks.

Capability to front-end to customer, with strong negotiation skills.

Self Motivated Individual with positive (Must-win) attitude and ready to take up challenges.

Must be ready to walk the extra mile to earn customer confidence and be able to exceed client expectations

Must possess good communication/interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
