PaCO Network Design Expert
- Degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze, discuss and define network requirements and review assumptions/premises to be used for any PaCo
network solutions, creating and understanding architecture to develop High Level Designs (HLD), based on customer
applications needs to be able to lead solutions definitions regarding network elements capacity and features definitions
and interactions;
- Leadership ability for PaCo Networks integrations solutions. Ability to support TPM, customer and PM to review activities
definitions and demands to support implementation and/or migration planning, defining detail and phases based on
technical and project priorities;
- Analyze PaCo Networks HLD's to develop test plans to validate all solution's scenarios and features proposed, to be able
to execute first commercial activation (PILOT), using it for knowledge transfer for integration teams and customer teams;
- Analyze PaCo Networks to be able to review and/or develop the first version of Low Level Design (LLD) to orient
validation tests and integrations;
- Advanced practical knowledge on PaCo solutions designing MMEs, SGW, SGSNs, PGW and GGSNs;
- At least theory advanced knowledge on:
QoS;
Logical solutions for services protection and redundancy;
Logical solutions for integration with external elements like RNC, BSC, AAA, DNS, PCRF, IP transport, HLR/HSS/
UDRs and others;
- Advanced level English language;
- Available for local and international travel;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Willingness to learn new things with a good attitude;
- Customer service, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Minimum of 7 years experience in PaCo Networks designs.
Desirables:
- Experience in Nokia, Cisco, Juniper products, including switches/routers;
- Experience in Mobile CORE network applications;
- Certifications related to PaCo concepts related above.
