Plans and manages the roll out of the deployment activities for whole or part of a customer project, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time and required quality.

Analyzes the feasibility of the Service Request submitted by the Program Business Management (PBM) team in terms of resources, planning and quality

Ensures all deliverables are available according to project requirements and deployment process by engaging and coordinating relevant stakeholders (Global Centres, local teams, etc.) and securing availability and accuracy of deployment work orders

Liaises with PBM, Customer and supplier as needed for operational needs and escalations on scope, processes, planning and/or budget

Monitors, reports and optimizes services delivery in alignment with relevant processes and tools providing sufficient operational visibility to stakeholders (e.g. Project Management, PMO, customer)

Coordinates internal and external field deployment team members, sets up and maintains clear and effective internal and external communication with the relevant project stakeholders, participating to reviews as needed

Analyze contractual obligation of the deployment part of the project (scope of work, milestones, customer pre-requisite…) and forecasted budget and develop a detailed roll-out plan to insure Nokia will meet contractual commitment within the budget. Clarify scope and process with PM and customer as needed. Escalate issues with scope and/or budget

Prepare and maintain resource plan and forecast including own resources, subcontractor needs and tools

Participate with procurement teams and deployment management to subcontractor assessment and selection.

Plan and manage all deployment activities including site surveys, site documentation, site preparation, on site deliveries, installation, commissioning and acceptance. Insure all activities are compliant with project documentation and applicable procedures (Quality Management System, Environment Health and Safety….)

Manage own deployment teams and subcontractors

Perform interface with customer for all deployment activities. Perform regular meetings to monitor progress and solve potential issues. Provide regular customer reporting (progress, schedule, quality….

Provide regular reporting to the PM (on top of customer reporting) including actual cost and estimated cost to complete and customer satisfaction and escalate issues when support is needed

Monitor performance of subcontractor and provide feedback to procurement and management. Agree on communication and action towards supplier

Build optimization plan to improve cost, quality, schedule and customer satisfaction

Support Program Manager in overall project reviews (with customer or internal)

Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications).

MBA in Project Management or similar desired.

 Project Management Education or PMP certification desired.

Languages: Spanish Speaker and Fluent English is mandatory.

Wide knowledge in MN portfolio and process, especially in NI.

To be a team player working in a strong virtual networking environment.

Self-Motivated, Handle Multiple Tasks.

Ability to Work and Learn Independently.

Self-Motivator and able to lead small teams in complex objectives.

Strong presentation & communication skills, mentoring / enabling tasks.

Strong capability to deliver according to scope and time
