Job Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

• Assists and supports customer / internal project management in development and implementation of appropriate Nokia Project Management methodology, processes, tools, improvement and efficiency programmes to ensure all customer / internal projects* are delivered according to contractual obligations, within forecasted costs, time and required quality based on adequate mode of operation.
• Supports appropriate Nokia project management (PM) processes and tools improvement by collecting requirements and initiating change requests.
• Supports Customer Project Manager / Project Manager in ensuring all documentation and information required for the project has been set up, maintained and are available to the project team and the customer.
• Supports cost management by monitoring, reporting, analysing and managing the project execution progress against time, milestones, cost-related performance indicators and invoicing schedule agreed in the customer contract.
• Supports Customer Project Manager / Project Manager in ensuring proper project’s resource handling set-up by providing necessary information for cost collection and tracking purpose.
• Contributes to gathering and communication best practice / lessons learned sharing within PM community.
• Supports Customer Project Manager / Project Manager in ensuring project internal and external communication by (e.g. coordinating governance meetings, documenting and sharing minutes of the meetings).
• Creates reports using predefined templates and tools.
• Supports Customer Project Manager in project planning, implementation of the plan and project closure.
• Supports monitoring and providing required information related to the progress against contractual measures and engagement.
• Ensures that all tools have been set up, for Project Management Office (PMO) team and customer / internal project teams.

• Provides support to customer / internal projects in managing the data in project management-related tools.
• Facilitates and conducts necessary testing to contribute in development of new project management-related tools and processes.

Knowledge & Experience:

Established skills and knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. Uses functionally specific knowledge.Typically 3-5 years directly related experience and a graduate equivalent degree.
