Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Global Business Center is seeking a pre-sales professional in Korea/Australia with Security domain experience to provide customer-facing subject matter expertise for Nokia’s Security solutions. The main mandate for the role is to gather, understand and synthesize customer requirements and drive overall winning solution strategy for security opportunities.

As part of our team, you will:
- Lead Security customer engagements in terms of understanding customers’ business pain points and aspirations, articulating solutions in the form of use cases and technical requirements and most importantly translating these into a commercial offer.
- Establish trusted relationships with CISOs/CXOs and technical decision makers relevant to the security domain.
- Lead security offer solution management by owning products and services scope development including but not limited to:
- Assessment and response to statements of compliances (SOC) for RFP or similar documents
- Definition of proposed solution including accurately representing these in relevant technical architectures, typically written in the form of technical solution document (TSD)
- Translation of solution into Bill of Quantities/Bill of Materials (BOQ/BOM)
- Bring and maintain subject matter expertise on CNS security products and solutions and including stitching these products in an end-to-end solution for CSPs and Enterprise segments
- Participate in technical discussions with other Nokia Business Groups and 3rd parties to define end-to-end solution required by customers.
- Lead discussions on technical requirements to resolve product/solution gaps with product line managers and R&D engineers to ensure customer features/roadmap commitments can be met for customers.
- Support the sales team in bid defence planning and lead CNS technical presentations to the customer.
- Lead PoC/Trial for customers which includes articulation of POC/trial scope, architecture, use cases and infrastructure requirements for management approval
- Work with program management and delivery teams in ensuring won projects are properly endorsed for delivery (e.g., project target agreement)
- Participate in account planning and revenue funnel reviews with sales and commercial management teams
- Participate in periodic reviews with security Leaders to provide status of key opportunities, wins/losses feedbacks and identified security product/services gaps
- Strictly adhere to the published NOKIA SELL & CNS processes.
- Complete all administrative assignments comprehensively and on-time.
- Represent NOKIA in a professional and an ethical manner.
- Travel to customer meetings and related business activities can be up to 2 to 3 days a week in assigned territory.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Minimum 6-12 years of work experience in security domain and relevant practices. Some of them listed below
- Identity and Access Management Solution (such as CyberArk. Etc.)
- Audit and Configuration Compliances Solutions
- IDS / IPS solution and Network-Based Security Solutions
- Next-Generation Firewall (such as Palo Alto or Fortinet)
- Secure DNS solution (such as Infoblox)
- SIEM (ArcSight / QLogic) and vulnerability scanning solution
- Solid foundational knowledge of vulnerability management solution
- Pre-sales / Sales Engineering for the security products and domains from a reputable Software company focused on CSP and Enterprise segments
- Intimate knowledge of Nokia Security products and solutions is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of Cloud platforms and Telco network domains (e.g., Core, Radio – Private LTE, 3G/4G and 5G, Fixed Access) and associated protocols are high desirable.
- Knowledge of general IT concepts (Operating Systems, Network Design, Information Security, IT Ops)
- Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO, NIST)
- Certifications like CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CompTIA Security+, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), etc. are desired but not mandatory
- Bachelor level education in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Knowledge of Korea/OCE market segments (service providers, enterprises and IOT providers) and their security requirements is a requirement.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent English & Korean verbal and written communication skills required.
