Presales Consultant
Key experience and skills desired:
Minimum 8 years of work experience in software engineering (product management, sales engineering/pre-sales, bids and proposals, or system engineering). Design / architecture / presales experience preferable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant Digital Experience technology domains (especially Device Management / IoT / Customer Care / Analytics but also Online Charging / PCRF) and Adjacent domains
Knowledge of NSW Digital Experience products (especially Motive / Customer Care / Device Management portfolio including SMP, IMPACT, CDP, HDM, Network Analyzer, and related Analytics solutions) would be highly desirable.
Technical knowledge of Cloud, Telco networks (IMS, LTE, Wireless Networks, Fixed Access) and associated Protocols, general IT knowledge.
Batchelor level education in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering.
Knowledge of Japan market segments (service providers, enterprises and Internet of Things) and their Digital Experience requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent English & Japanese verbal and written communication skills required. Note that Japanese language expertise is mandatory.
Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines.
