Excellent business acumen, with the ability to extract key strategic insights from detailed analysis

Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to break down problems into single and manageable components, as well as complex data set to parts. A high level of comfort with ambiguity and experience in "connecting the dots" across several themes

Understanding of the Global Optical market landscape, and a knowledge of adjacent and emerging markets

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a Science field (Physics) preferred

Functional experience in market and/ or competitive intelligence, research and analysis preferred

Minimum 5 years of on-the-job experience in Market Research, Analytics, Consulting or relatable field
