· High expertise of program and project management methods

· Good knowledge of planning, monitoring and controlling methodologies
· Good understanding of the Nokia process (e.g. delivery process, procurement process including negotiation with third parties, etc)
· Expertise of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
· Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams.
· Problem solving ability.
· Higher degree.
· Fluent in English languege.
· Recognized certification in project management e.g. PMP, Prince2 is an advantage.

· Nokia-internal interfaces to Resource organization, business lines etc.

· Customer Loyalty Index, Gross Margin.
· Project Cost Adherence, Project Asset Rotation Days.
· Service Quality (transactional customer satisfaction), Service Performance (contract fulfillment), Operational Service Levels.
6 Locations
There are two alternative locations:
· Poland, Warsaw. 50% travel.
· Norway, Fornebu, 20% travel.
