As a minimum, the project manager should have:
  • 10+ year of proven project management experience, delivering to an external end-customer
  • 5+ years of project management work in the Telco Operator domain
  • Proven expertise with one or more of the Telco software domains: OSS, BSS, Cloud Orchestration, Security, Network Management
  • Experience with profit and loss management of complex projects
  • Understanding of both waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, as well as DevOps solution delivery.
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese

Furthermore, formal project management certification e.g. PMP, PgMP or Prince2 is highly desired and knowledge of mobile networks (5G, 4G), vEPC and Cloud based solutions is a plus.
