Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Business, Economics or Engineering.
- Continuous Improvement professional, Green Belt, Black Belt is plus, Kaizen and Lean competence
- Proven (8-15 years) experience in Quality in supply chain management and logistics
- Analytical skills and competences, pro-activeness and independence
- E2e process understanding and ability to work as part of global network
- Experience in managing outsourced services with LSPs
- Competencies in warehouse, hub management and transportation
- Risk Management and Business Continuity
- Audit competence ( NSR, TL 9000)
- Facilitator experience of Gemba and VSM workshops
- Fluent written and spoken English
