Role & Responsibility
  • Owner of quality and continuous improvement in Global Distribution.
  • Driving quality requirements, KPIs definitions, continuous improvements in GDI and with SNE Operations Quality EMEA/APAC team and other stakeholders in Nokia, also with Ohubs and  transportation LSPs.​
  • Owner of COMPL index of Ohubs and outbound transportation and driving root cause analyses and corrective actions.​
  • The 2nd level coach for Daily Kaizen Leaders in GDI and driving teams to targets.
  • Contribution to NOPS Mentor Community, coaching Green Belt and Blue Belt candidates in GOPS. ​
  • Responsible GDI Quality Strategy and quality annual planning, driving teams to targets,  report the period status in SNE and GDI level. ​
  • The owner of Business Continuity Planning in Global Distribution driving annual planning, maintaining BCP documents with NOPS Risk Management,  activation and facilitation of GDI Crisis Management Team in the case of a  disaster in supply network.​
  • Planning and driving GEMBA and VSM workshops with CT’s logistics teams and driving corrective actions.​
  • Owner of supplier annual audit plan in GDI. Planning and act as the lead auditor or auditor in supplier audits for DOPs and Ohubs LSP and internal audits. ​
  • The project Manager and project Team member role in projects. E.g. leading the Inbound quality issue reduction in Ohubs, driving KPIs reporting, driving root cause analyses and corrective actions with many process owners and stakeholder. 
Requirements
  • BSc/MSc in Business, Economics or Engineering.
  • Continuous Improvement professional, Green Belt, Black Belt is plus,  Kaizen and Lean competence
  • Proven (8-15 years) experience in Quality in supply chain management and logistics
  • Analytical skills and competences, pro-activeness and independence
  • E2e process understanding and ability to work as part of global network
  • Experience in managing outsourced services with LSPs
  • Competencies in warehouse, hub management and transportation
  • Risk Management and Business Continuity
  • Audit competence ( NSR, TL 9000)
  • Facilitator experience of Gemba and VSM workshops
  • Fluent written and spoken English
