R&D 4LS Support Manager
Responsibilities include:
- 4LS - Provides primary Global R&D advanced level support for Customer and Services
- Responsible for problem resolution and trouble-shooting
- Work closely with field support teams (3LS/2LS) to collect required diagnostic data and work with R&D experts as required to resolve issues in timely way
- Develop and deliver training to broader field support and Services teams
- Develop and maintain best practices
- Contribute to address pain points in deployment and S/W quality improvements
- Drive serviceability improvements
- Meet 4LS SLAs and able to resolve critical issues with urgency
- Spread expertise into multiple Applications (Common architecture components such as KeyCloak, K8s, DBs, etc.)
- Develop and maintain best practices
- Support internal labs and Applications used for daily work
- Support PoCs/Solutions when needed for customer specific UCs
- Development of advanced diagnostic tools and contribute to Knowledge Base
- Able to travel in a short notice to support critical Customer projects/issues
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and Customers
- Obsessed with customer success and growth mindset
Desired Skills and Experience
- B.Tech / M.Tech . CS Preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in network programming and Unix/Linux Environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communications and interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and standards
- Data Refinery:
- Working experience on Data Analysis Processing Application, preferably of Nokia Data Refinery
- Live Deployment experience preferred.
- Knowledge on Database, Ganglia, Kubernetes, Keycloak, Kafka
- Automation:
- Knowledge of Python / Shell Scripting
- Experience in Virtualization and/or Cloud Computing is a plus
- Knowledge of Packet Core / IMS is a plus
