Skills required:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education
- 3 years of experience in leading and/or managing a team
- Good understanding of telecommunication, software development and verification
- Knowledge of agile methods, way of working, and continuous integration
- Enjoys working as part of a global team, flexible, enthusiastic and proactive
- Very good interpersonal, communication, teamwork skills and capability to work in international multi-site environment.
- Has passion and determination to get results with minimum supervision.
- Experience of handling teams involved 2G/3G/4G development (or other embedded software)
- Highly motivated for constant learning and continuous improvement.
- Result oriented and able to multi task among various activities
- Quality mind setup, Initiative, creative and analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and cooperate with other people in various situations
- Proven team leading skills
