Skills required:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education
  • 3 years of experience in leading and/or managing a team
  • Good understanding of telecommunication, software development and verification
  • Knowledge of agile methods, way of working, and continuous integration
  • Enjoys working as part of a global team, flexible, enthusiastic and proactive
  • Very good interpersonal, communication, teamwork skills and capability to work in international multi-site environment.
  • Has passion and determination to get results with minimum supervision.
  • Experience of handling teams involved 2G/3G/4G development (or other embedded software)
  • Highly motivated for constant learning and continuous improvement.
  • Result oriented and able to multi task among various activities
  • Quality mind setup, Initiative, creative and analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate with other people in various situations
  • Proven team leading skills
