R&D Trainee
General Purpose:
Analytics Engine unit is in need of Software Development and Operations Specialist to support cloud based automation solutions for Nokia Products and Services. We take advantage of the most advanced cloud based methodologies and technologies in Agile SW development.Analytics Engine is a multi-site R&D organization providing platform and application software for Nokia AVA – innovative service automation solution. Team is involved in web development, big data & analytics, cloud technologies and generally the use of automation platforms in B2B service delivery and the whole subject of process digitization (from process need, through software and user experience, to new business models).
Main Responsibility Area:
Overall responsibility for design and coding platform and application components. The work may involve creation of new software as well as usage of 3rd party off the shelf software to modify and integrate them into the solution. Close cooperation with domain experts, solution architects and delivery teams. Coaching and mentoring other team members. May undertake technical training responsibilities.
Job Description:
You will be a member of a squad consisting of programmers, testers and DevOps engineers, developing cloud based automation solutions. You will have an opportunity to constantly develop your skills in IT and Telecommunications domains. You will work in a flexible, collaborative and friendly agile environment with a wide range of modern technologies. You will work in Analytics Engine unit in Manila, cooperating with other global teams in other countries.
Minimum requirements:
- Programming capabilities
- Python
- Java
- Javascript
- Basic unit testing knowledge
- Graduating within 3 months after the last OJT day.
