    • Typically engineers with extensive experience with Nokia products/services gained over a period of more than 5 years or equivalent external experience;
    • Can work independently with all standard and many complex and non-standard tasks in a wide range of technical situations;
    • Autonomous within allocated tasks;
    • Makes task decisions within own competence area. Makes decisions for subordinate grades. Refers to superiors when needed.

    Strategic, regional, customer, team impact:
    • Significant local impact possible. Effect can be felt across projects and could be longer term;
    • Accountable for own quality, accuracy and efficiency and in part for supervised others;
    • Individual contributor. Supports junior colleagues and peers.
    • Min. 5 years’ experience with Radio Access

    • Case Management End 2 End
    • Tool and Data Management
    • Product and Technology Knowledge
    • Network Integration Engineering Understanding
    • Trials and Pilots Support
    • Communication Skills
    • Customer Relationship Knowledge
    • Subcontractor Management
    • Service Business Understanding
    • Coaching
    • Working across Boundaries
    • Fluent English
