RAN Specilaist - Network Integration

·        Facilitating, training, maintaining knowledge transfer and supporting Personal Development of GDC NI Engineers.

·        Ensure meeting the roll-out targets by Resource management with help of GDC NI Operations Manager and GDC NI Team Leader

·        Support GDC NI Engineers in troubleshooting problem sites and Enforcing, Escalation process.

·        Coordinate GDC NI Rollout activities

·        Controls and is the 1st escalation contact in GDC NI team

·        Controls the Shift Operations KPIs and Productivity

·        Responsible for GDC NI tools update by all GDC NI Engineers correctly and timely

·        Ensure day to day work allocation for GDC NI Engineers

·        General decision making for site specific issues and fall back sites

·        Implement parametering in the network elements’ subsystems (understands KPI and the impact on the performance of the system).

·        Feedback and co-ordination with other service business lines (like, Managed Services and Care)

·        Analyze and continuously follow up the performance of GDC NI Engineers

·        Analyzing, providing solutions and Reporting for quality problems to GDC NI Manager.

·        Identify and follow up KPI agreed with GDC NI Manager.

·        Perform Swaps, Site Integration and New site builds.

·        Prepare and communicate - Report for   all  activities to project organization and GDC NI Managers
