RDC PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE

a)      Experience in project management position preferable in an international environment

b)     Good knowledge of project and program management methodologies

c)      Well structure mind-set to create governance and process between the hub and the internal customers (clusters).

d)     Ability to work across boundaries

f)       Strong communication and presentation abilities

g)     Dtrong relationship management skills

h)     Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks and to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a changing environment

i)       Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills

j)       Demonstrated ability to organize resources, prioritize work and deliver to tight timelines for multiple customers within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

k)      Experience of working cross-culturally and able to demonstrate experience of working and thinking globally

l)       Experience of cross-functional team working and performing effectively in a matrix environment

m)    Fluent in English
