We are looking for an Employee Experience Social Media trainee who will focus on promoting employee experience, social media and local media promotion. To succeed in this role, you need to be an open-minded professional with good communication and social skills, strong commitment to quality and a flair for innovative thinking.
The candidate should track external/internal best practices.
 
Tasks and responsibilities:
The Employee Experience Social Media trainee will have the opportunity to work closely together with all Business groups and functions.
- Develop the Employee experience value proposition (EEVP)
- Identify top channels to promote Real estate internal/externally
- Support on project initiatives across the RE portfolio,  campaigns, ensuring internal/external messages are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively via attraction campaigns with alignment with Global Marketing and Communication Team
- Create/ order local content for the employee experience communication campaigns
- Create employee experience awareness
- Support local social media strategy and maintain company career related presence on social media sites
- Create content for local social media channels together with corporate communication
- Monitor emerging social media tools for benchmark
- Ensure that brand guidelines are followed in all communications

Competencies and Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Human Resources related degrees/ Marketing/ or Communication
  • Experience with employer branding an added value highly appreciated
  • Ability to write in a well-structured, purposeful manner for advertising, intranet/internet, social media and any other channels
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Interpersonal savvy, builds rapport and engagement with others easily
  • Influencing others
  • Solution focus with strong implementation drive
  • Creativity
  • knowledge/experience on media and video content creation
