·      Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant field

·      Significant experience developing complex business cases, ideally in the field of corporate real estate

·      Strong ability to communicate at multiple levels within the organization, including the executive level

·      Results driven individual with experience managing complexity across a diverse set of environments

·      Ability to communicate ideas effectively through negotiation and presentation skills

·      Possesses both a strategic and execution mindset, critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills

·      Effectively prioritizes tasks, balancing multiple work streams / projects simultaneously

·      Continuously meets strict deadlines, while requiring others to do the same, and producing high quality deliverables

·      Superior writing and interpersonal skills; Fluency in English

·      Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant technologies

·      As obtained an MBA or equivalent degree

·      PMP certification would be desirable
