Qualifications & Requirements

 
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications).
Minimum 15 years’ experience in a mobile network implementation/roll-out environment with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on quality and on cost.
Must have proven experience of leading a large telco team in either the deployment (build) or operational area, preferably both,
Fluent English mandatory.
Wide knowledge in Nokia MN portfolio and processes, especially in NI.
Should be familiar with the management of P. Os, BoQs, BOMs and general cash-flow/project finance and ordering processes.
Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals is desirable.
Must be a team player and be able to lead both internals and subcontractors.
Must be self-Motivated and be able to handle multiple tasks.
Must have the ability to work and learn independently.
Should possess strong presentation, communication and mentoring skills.
Strong capability to deliver according to scope and time
