Remote Facilities Maintenance Manager (RFM Manager)
Facilities maintenance activities include:
- Grounds maintenance
- Air Conditioning break fix and routine maintenance
- Power Plant/generators/systems break fix and routine maintenance
- Surge arrestors break fix and routine maintenance;
- Aviation lighting systems;
- On site generator break fix, routine maintenance and servicing; and
- Fire Protection maintenance.
Carry out incidental or additional facilities related work in response to a work order issued by the Customer that includes:
- Fire Protection maintenance
- Replacement of DC power system batteries including removal and disposal of old batteries in CEV, BTS and BNS/HUB sites;
- Replacement of air conditioning units including removal and disposal of old air conditioning unit;
- Permanent repair to damage on shelters or fences (including caused by weather; vandalism; dilapidation etc.); and
- Repair of aviation lighting systems.
Maintain an accurate record of key configuration information of the facilities assets in the Site Data Records (SDR) database that includes:
- Correct access and contact details;
- Battery DC loads;
- Battery types and numbers;
- Surge arrestor Details; and
- Generator run hours.
Manage facilities spares, including:
- Managing and holding a stock of Customer-provided spares to support assigned sites limited to Lenmic L600P coolers, 3.6kW and 8kW split air conditioners and surge diverters.
- Holding a stock of battery spares sourced by the Customer to support assigned sites .
