 The team you'll be part of

Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

Within People Services Operations, the Business Office team supports the organization especially with all aspects of Financial and Vendor Management, including External Temporary Labour. 

 

 What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, your responsibility areas will be:

  • External Temporary Labour (ETL) requirement planning & tracking (including headcount/financial reporting)

  • Support the hiring managers in meeting ETL hiring process requirements

  • Preparation of the ETL job postings

  • Coordinate with potential vendors for suitable candidates 

  • Assigning partners to job postings 

  • Coordinate with line managers / different stakeholders for fulfilling tool requirements (e.g. cost center, org. mapping)

  • Provide Support and guidance to the managers and resources for completing/ approving the timesheets, extending the contracts on tempus.

  • Administer PO, Invoicing & payment process

  • Compliance management as per the labor laws

  • Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management team for ETL process & vendor related topics 

  • Support vendor management requirements for Global Mobility and Talent Attraction services, such as Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts (GR), Vendor Invoices & Payments

  • Other miscellaneous activities on day-to-day basis.

 

Your skills and experience

 You have:

  • Experience in international collaboration & teamwork
  • Service-oriented mindset (internal/external)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Presentation skills
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Proficiency in MS office tools
  • Prioritization, analytical capability and logical thinking
