Role & Responsibilities
- Lead RFSW integration test strategy definition
- Contribute to feature requirements analysis, evaluation and clarification
- Define product integration test plan, use cases acceptance and pass criteria
- Cooperation with system architects，technical leaders and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Coaching and leading team in locating and solving integration problems from technical perspective
Requirements of knowledge and skills:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science or Software Technology or an equivalent education
- Master in integration testing
- Good understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous operation
- Good knowledge of ROBOT framework.
- Good knowledge of the architecture and functionality of 2G/3G/4G (GSM, WCDMA, LTE) systems
- Experience in script languages (e.g. Python)
- Experience with measurement equipment (e.g. spectrum analyzers, signal generators)
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective teamwork skills
- Innovative approach to integration testing
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
