A deep understanding of the solution along with the detailed Bill of Materials and the actions necessary to successfully deploy regardless of site configuration.

 

The position requires a person that can multi-task, be well organized, and have the ability to work well under pressure.

 

  • Management of daily field operations including the night cutover bridge

  • Attend needed project meetings at a market level covering all areas from Quality, Progress, Logistics and Reporting.

  • Located both in the office and in the field with most emphasis in the field.

  • The RollOut Manager will evaluate GC field staff and quality of work by visiting his/her BTS sites daily.

  • The RollOut Manager will oversee multiple site build projects at once and is responsible for supervising the staff at each site ensuring that all projects are completed on agreed schedule and that standards of quality are met.

  • The RollOut will provide construction management for installation of new cell sites and modification of existing sites.

  • The RollOut manager will monitor status of site walks, material delivery, and identify/report challenges to market project/program management.

  • The RollOut Manager must demonstrate the ability to think critically through a process, anticipate challenges, and prepare solutions in advance.

  • The RollOut Manager must have the ability to identify inefficient processes and make recommendations for improvement.

  • The RollOut Manager will assist with BOM ordering and oversee receipt and distribution of materials, and manage local warehouse inventory.

 

1.1        Key Tasks

 

1.1.1       Tools usage and data update

 

  • Maintains TI equipment related fields in IPM reflecting the solution of the TSSR. Ensures the correct usage of project tools (IPM) and the data content. Performs tool audits with TI suppliers.

  • Tracks all TI-extra work related issues (CRs) and reports those to the Market PM.

 

1.1.2       Implementation resource planning

 

  • Ensures TI resources are planned properly (quality and quantity) for his/her sites in the market. Provides demand plan for needed implementation teams (Survey, IC&I)

 

1.1.3       Reporting and Documentation

 

  • Responsible for reporting of TI-site progress from “Site Survey” through “Notice To Proceed” to “Site Acceptance”

  • Supports to regional PM to prepare TI roll-out schedule (IPM)

  • Owner of SCOP documentation accuracy for his/her sites in the market and responsible for getting them within agreed time from his/her GCs.

 

1.1.4       Quality Change Management

 

  • Quality assurance and reporting, ensure implementation id performed in accordance with quality guidelines

  • Perform quality spot checks on TI performance

 

 

Qualifications

 

  

Experience in Installation Services or equivalent field construction experience

  • Creating & managing a multi-market organization focused on delivery
  • Superior verbal and written communication
  • Expert organizational and process management
  • Exceptional persuasion and negotiation
  • Accomplished interpersonal
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, training and mentoring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Masters or advanced degrees desired

 

  • Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • Desired qualifications include:   Demonstrated abilities to manage field crews and deal with customers in Installation, Electrical, Construction, Satellite/Cable or similar industries.
