The team you'll be part of

 

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

  

What you will learn and contribute to

•               Work directly with customer service and operations teams to drive requirements and deliver solutions to meet business goals and objectives.

•               Directly own and drive project implementation requirements and deliverables.

•               Ensure timely and effective response to all related incidents according to established Service Level Agreements.

•               Compile, review and utilize feedback from the business to implement or change existing services or processes.

•               Prioritizes own and team’s work. Anticipates consequences of actions, potential problems, or opportunities for change.

•               Sets and meets realistic deadlines. Forecasts changes and communicates current and projected issues.

•               Proper Risk planning and Risk response plans.

  • Ensures a high level of fiscal control and accountability for project Scope, Schedule & budge

 

Your skills and experience

o              Proven ability to work with others to meet common objectives and customer expectations.

o              Able to work in a changing environment and able to adapt with these changes.

o              Proven excellence in: Planning; Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Problem Solving and Organizational influence.

o              Must be able to multitask effectively across other responsibilities.

o              Highly process focused.

o              Can clearly identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes.

o              Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

o              Strong facilitation skills and ability to gain consensus.

o              Takes initiative to creatively resolve issues and find solutions.

o              Proven ability to see business processes through a customer lens.

o              Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing skills.

  •         Comfortable communicating to all levels within the organization.
