Job description
Main tasks:
Main responsibility is to ensure the financial data flow from SAP (BP) to reporting applications (HFM and REDBOX) considering the continuous changes and NOKIA accounting standards/reporting instructions.

Responsible for continuously changing Reporting area (RTR part) including process harmonization and standardization, new process implementation, conduct and support process change management,

To participate in development of fALU Management Reporting activity

Heavily involved into projects are concerning fALU RTR reporting processes,
-
To contribute to RTR Reporting – including Internal Reporting - process improvement and evolvement,
-
Responsible for reconciling the data between the different databases and detect, analyze, fix the errors,
-
To understand the operation of RTR templates including mappings,
-
To instruct Service provider to ensure a smooth data flow from ERP (BP) to REDBOX – internal reporting system -,
-
To analyze and assess different – development & other – projects and the possible impacts to operation detecting the risks,
-
To analyze possible impacts of new processes and any changes to concepts, KPI and other metrics,
-
To keep in touch with main stakeholders (Redbox, MR, Consolidation Reporting team, Service provider, Markets, IT, etc),

To maintain up to date the related desktop procedures, to participate in SOX control working out,

To hold trainings to team,

To discuss on timely manner with Manager and Process Owner the upcoming challenges, risks and changes.
Job requirements:

University or college degree in economics.

Very good skills in Microsoft Office preferably Excel and Essbase knowledge is also welcomed,

Very good analytical knowledge.

Knowledge of Nokia Accounting Standards and Nokia Accounting and Reporting Instructions,
-
Good English skill

Analytical, results oriented person with good problem-solving skills as well as a strong service mindset,

Positive, supportive and cooperative attitude, team player,

Challenging mindset.

Essbase knowledge is very welcomed.
