Your skills and experience

You have:

  • At least 10 years of proven success in a Sales Enablement or other sales support function, preferably in communication software domain
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.  MBA is a plus.
  • Understanding of sales and sales support functions, with focus on pipeline management, opportunity management and forecasting, SELL process, skills and training needs.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Continuous drive to optimize every process until the optimal solution is found
  • Understanding of change management principals and implementation
  • Experience working training curriculum and overseeing training events
  • Experience in aligning and influencing cross functional teams
  • Cultural awareness / global workforce experience
  • Solid business acumen understanding the complexities of business and customer needs. 
  • General understanding of Nokia Software or equivalent software solutions (e.g. Cloud, OSS/BSS, IoT, etc.)

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. enjoys inspiring teams, and excels at relationship building and collaboration
  • Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker. 
  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
