Sales Enablement Leader
Your skills and experience
You have:
- At least 10 years of proven success in a Sales Enablement or other sales support function, preferably in communication software domain
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.
- Understanding of sales and sales support functions, with focus on pipeline management, opportunity management and forecasting, SELL process, skills and training needs.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Continuous drive to optimize every process until the optimal solution is found
- Understanding of change management principals and implementation
- Experience working training curriculum and overseeing training events
- Experience in aligning and influencing cross functional teams
- Cultural awareness / global workforce experience
- Solid business acumen understanding the complexities of business and customer needs.
- General understanding of Nokia Software or equivalent software solutions (e.g. Cloud, OSS/BSS, IoT, etc.)
