Job Description:

Sales Enabler; Provide specialized operational support, in close collaboration with Markets/Market Units, such as: 

Support all regular reporting and ad hoc initiatives toward Market Europe (MMP, push program etc,) and MU/GCBTs
Contribute to performance analytics and business insights (QBIs/MBRs/NBRs)
Funnel/Pipeline & KPIs management (DQIs)
Strategic AP/LR planning
Sales process (Hierarchies/Gates/LOA) and tools (sCRM/sCMD).
Follow-up on CO strategy across market units and BGs, including account plans and market updatesSales operations platforms and customer master data guidance, assistance and support
Assure order intake forecast data quality, integrity and analysis
Provide appropriate Sales Ops support to the frontline (Key user and first line support), being their main point of contact for processes and tools, by owning, documenting and clearly communicating sales process
Contribute to digitalization of reporting capabilities, automation and transformation

Required competencies and experience

Good knowledge of the Nokia business and business drivers
Strong skills in understanding sales process, market units’ business strategy and analytics requirements / governance
Strong Salesforce / Analytics / Visualization tools knowledge
Expert MS Office package capabilities
Good communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English and other European languages


Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree and Above

Experience - 9 - 15 Years
