Job Position Summary Description:

Nokia Enterprise Service Unit is the company’s service group with Global Services that supports the needs of enterprise customers with focus on verticals with mission critical needs including transport, energy, public sector, manufacturing, logistics, web, and other large enterprises
SSE is responsible for end to end architecture of solution including any 3P element from functional to non-functional requirements. SSE is also required to manage all the internal stakeholders across all the BGs and work on the schedule, timeline, deliverables, reporting on the project from Pre-sales working with Tri Corn.
Key Responsibilities / Functions:
- Manage the overall project from End-to-End architecture, Schedule, cost, deliverables, communication plan and end to end responsibility of customer deliverables
- Lead the diverse team of members for the common success of programs
- Create PMO report template covering information such as ‘efficiency of development team’, critical path/float, requirement traceability, cross-team dependency to name a few
- Ability to switch between traditional PMO techniques with Agile based on the customer demand and scope/timeline
- Understand at a high-level the system design attributes of the program such as use-cases, functional/non-functional requirements and work with Domain and End-to-End customer architect for details
- Lead pre-sales activities with overall project planning, optimized costing.
- Lead presales team for customization and solution validation including 3rd party products and interface with all the BGs.
- Support the team for up-sell/cross-sell and document the customized delivery into repository of use-cases
Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
- Overall 15+ of experience with 10+ years experience of delivering ICT projects with full understanding of Nokia portfolio and also experience on Enterprise domain.
- Understanding of design principles, ITIL, 3GPP standards and experience of designing/supporting network.
- Knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure’s unique standards, such as processes (e.g., construction), regulatory environment, security, Health & Safety, Occupational Safety
- Good Knowledge of ITIL Framework
- Must provide examples of successfully completed projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
