Segmentation and Lead Management
Responsibilities:
· Work in close relationship with Campaign Management teams to route leads generated by campaigns through the lead process and ensure timely handoff to Sales
· Support campaign planning and execution via target account and contact list development using Marketo and other data sources (segmenting on demographic, behavioral and other dimensions) for all segments
· Support database maintenance and improvement initiatives as a functional user of the data
· Support follow-up and reporting on lead status
· Work to continuously improve quality of leads
Skills and experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
· Highly proficient in English
· Experience in database and lead management and/or marketing automation and/or CRM
· Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Strong analytical and communication skills
· Outstanding attention to detail
· Proactive and solution-oriented attitude, ability to adapt to changing expectations and environments
· Experience in a B2B marketing environment (especially audience-based and campaign-centric operations) and familiarity with B2B marketing best practices
· Experience with marketing automation/lead management platforms (Marketo and SFDC Marketing Cloud preferred)
· Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
· Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
