Additional requirements:
  • Minimum of master’s degree in economics, engineering or computer science from a reputable institution
  • 5+ years of consulting experience and minimum of 5 years of telecommunications industry experience, preferably in operator environment   
  • Financial understanding of telco operations and business case development
  • Operational understanding of Telco functions, including marketing and customer care 
  • Good understanding of Frameworx (eTOM) process mapping, knowledge on ITIL a plus 
  • Ability to work with both technical and management layers with customers
 
Direct experience of the following areas will be beneficial
  • Customer Experience Management or Service Quality Management, or
  • Data analytics and monetization and/or
  • Business process re-engineering and organizational change management
 
Personal attributes:
  • Ability to address and engage with customer CxO and Director level executives
  • Committed to deliver the solutions and business benefits sold to the operator
  • Willingness to travel and spend extended time in customer premises
  • Proficient in English (speaking, writing and reporting) as well as at least one of the major languages in the region
  • Self-starter and systematic in structuring required steps to reach the goal
  • Efficient communicator through presentations, graphs and reports
  • Team player with good facilitation and mentoring skills
  • High tolerance for stress and uncertainty
  • Able to work and lead across multi-national organization
