Job Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in Mobile Network deployment related activities

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education

  • Ability to manage large, complex projects and track financials
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual team environment with exceptional team working skills
  • Ability to impact and influence others into action

  • Must have exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiating skills

  • Experience in working in fast paced environments, at times with ambiguous deliverables

  • Effective management of resources and development/implementation of plans and processes

  • Highly independent and self-directed

  • Models creative and innovative work methods

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in excel

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

Desired Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification, through PMI

  • Experience working with AT&T Mobility, understands customer organizational structure, processes, and tools

  • Knowledge and experience in the Nokia EXECUTE & PBM Suite tools and processes
