Qualifications
Master's Degree in Law/LLM. Studies in finance and/or accounting are an advantage.
Strong international/cross-border corporate finance and project/customer financing experience gained in a law firm or an in-house legal team at a financial institution or international company. Experience of working in an international environment and with laws of different jurisdictions.
Broad and extensive finance legal experience in debt capital markets, banking, derivatives, export-credit, structured financing, sale of receivables and cash management. Knowledge of legal aspects related to pension funds, insurances, private equity and insolvency.
Excellent drafting and communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage
