Qualifications

  •  Master's Degree in Law/LLM. Studies in finance and/or accounting are an advantage.

    • Strong international/cross-border corporate finance and project/customer financing   experience gained in a law firm or an in-house legal team at a financial institution or international company. Experience of working in an international environment and with laws of different jurisdictions.

    • Broad and extensive finance legal experience in debt capital markets, banking, derivatives, export-credit, structured financing, sale of receivables and cash management. Knowledge of legal aspects related to pension funds, insurances, private equity and insolvency.

    • Excellent drafting and communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage

        • Pragmatic, business/commercial oriented, capable of delivering under high pressure and tight deadlines.

        • Team player. Comfortable and talented in working and interacting with all relevant stakeholders.

        • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, personal drive, analytical and logical, positive and proactive attitude.

        • Willingness to gain solid understanding of the relevant businesses and technologies.

        • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
