Senior Product Experience Manager
Qualifications
- Understanding of global brand impact and reflecting those on requirements, processes and practical work both internally and with external partners
- Strong track record and results in quality management, quality process development and/or technology product project management
- Ability to manage in key product development functions in a dynamic setting and in a highly business and quality driven way
- Ability to manage relationship with Product Experience validation / certification vendors, partners and supplier
- Experience in fact based decision making and management
- Capability to drive results under time pressure and ability to prioritize tasks
- 10+ years’ experience in usability and quality management, process creation and/or project management
- Experience on successfully managing Asian ODMs and related projects
- Great interpersonal skills, is able to work collaboratively with internal and licensee teams
- International outlook and understanding of working in a global environment throughout different time zones
- Good presentation, persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills
- Good project management skills and ability to lead product teams and contributors often in global virtual team/matrix settings and functions
- Experience in consumer devices business
- Able to travel: 10-20% of the time
