Qualifications

  • Understanding of global brand impact and reflecting those on  requirements, processes and practical work both internally and with external partners
  • Strong track record and results in quality management, quality process development and/or technology product project management
  • Ability to manage in key product development functions in a dynamic setting and in a highly business and quality driven way
  • Ability to manage relationship with Product Experience validation / certification vendors, partners and supplier
  • Experience in fact based decision making and management
  • Capability to drive results under time pressure and ability to prioritize tasks
  • 10+ years’ experience in usability and quality management, process creation and/or project management
  • Experience on successfully managing Asian ODMs and related projects
  • Great interpersonal skills, is able to work collaboratively with internal and licensee teams
  • International outlook and understanding of working in a global environment throughout different time zones
  • Good presentation, persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Good project management skills and ability to lead product teams and contributors often in global virtual team/matrix settings and functions
  • Experience in consumer devices business
  • Able to travel: 10-20% of the time
