Senior Security Solution Architect
Daily activities:
·
Understand customer needs and challenges and advise
them in the area of E2E security solutions.
- Engage
closely with Nokia internal account teams, Product Managers, Security
Solution Architects, Security Engineers and Security Service Product
Managers.
- Keep up
to date knowledge on latest local and worldwide technology standards,
rules and regulations, as well as to keep a track on newest technology
trends to be act as trustworthy presenter and experience knowledge
transfer advisor and to customers and broader audience.
- Identifies,
leads and develops security consulting- or solution-opportunities and plan
sales initiatives with CTs
- Participate
in key account planning focusing on security solution opportunities
- Act as
trustworthy security advisor rising up security awareness on risks,
exposures and threats within telco surrounding.
- Scopes
security services in best “fit in the need” for the customer and leads
through consultancy and assessment presentation to remediation plans and
solutions pointing to Nokia Security end-to-end Solutions and Services
offerings.
- Engage
Solutions Architects per need for design of advised to the customer
security solution and/or service.
- Contribute
to design of security solutions that are fit for purpose together with
Project Manager and Solution Architects
- Deliver
chargeable services with high quality and clear value to the customers
- Identify further high value
opportunities
- Support with scoping, cost planning, price
structuring and risk assessment of Security solutions
- Involve Project Manager and Solution Architect to
create high-quality bid
Protect security margin during negotiations with a clear value-based pricing rationale

Our
expectations:
- Minimum
10 years working experience security field including the area of security
consulting, experience in working in a telecom operator or consulting to
Telecom Operators would be an added advantage
- Should
be up to date on Security trends globally and in telecom network threats,
vulnerabilities
- Good
understanding of legacy and new telecom network technologies, its
components and working is required
- Deep
understanding and hands-on experience in security technologies and
mechanism in at least 4 of following areas:
o Critical
Network Security Solution Safeguards (FW, DDoS protection, IPS, AuthN/Z,
Malware protection)
o Security
Audits, Assessments, Vulnerability scanning, Penetration testing
o Security
Standards and Compliance
o Disaster
Recovery Planning

Knowledge on the below would be an added advantage:
o Network
Security, Content Security, Identity Management & Access Control, Security
Information & Event Management, Business Continuity Management, Telco
security solutions and services, Managed Security Services, Anti
malware/antivirus/botnet solutions in e2e telecom use

Sound understanding of operator business drivers and
technology
·
Ability to engage, both, the CxO levels and the hands
on technical experts
·
Ability to analyse customer requirements and advice them
in the area of security
·
Excellent presentation skills.

Proven leadership and management skills towards

Fluent in oral and written English
·
Any certifications in security area are an asset
