Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

Candidate should have the following technical expertise:

  • Thorough understanding of telecom data management, real time decisioning, PCRF, CGW, OCS solutions.
  • Developed transformation workflows including aggregation, correlation, data quality checks using reference data (Lookup tables) and variety of interfaces.
  • Has experience working with various data formats – ASN.1, ASCII, XML, AMA, semi-structured.
  • Has worked with streaming data, offline data and online interfaces.
  • Knowledge of protocols such as FTP, sFTP, GTP, GTP’, Diameter interfaces such as Rf, Ro, Gx, Gy..
  • Experience and knowledge on big data analytics platform, machine learning and elastic search will be preferred.
  • Understands containerization, Kubernetes, OpenStack ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Cloudband or VMware will be an additional asset.
  • Hands on experience in Kafka, Spark, TalenD, BI tools, Micro services, Portal technologies is preferable.
Proficiency in the following technologies:
  • Programming languages – Java, C, C++
  • Scripting languages – Perl, PL/SQL, Unix , Python
  • Databases – Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL , Maria DB
  • Understanding of Network call flows and IP
Candidate should have following soft skills
  • Very good communication skills, presentation skills to customers. Its hall be possible to influence and consult customer on area of expertise.
  • Ability to create technical solution proposals
  • Technical Management skills
  • Coordinate with global teams and deliver solutions meeting customer business needs.
  • Able to handle tight project timelines.
  • Passion for envisaging innovative solutions and taking ownership in driving solutions.
  • Has both prior hand on delivery experience
  • Technical Consulting & Customer Support
Following competencies would be a plus (or would need to be built up):
  • Big Data Hadoop, Spark, Hive , and Elastic Search
  • Experience with CSF Platform
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Cloud computing
  • DevOps and ACE.
  • Experience with troubleshooting of network issues and software products
