Experience:
6 to 10 yrs relevant experience
Technical Requirement:
- Telecom experience of above 6 years on IMS/VoLTE/VoWiFi technology area, especially hands-on experience on SBC, DRA, MRF & AAA.
- Should be familiar with the following protocols: Diameter, SIP, HTTP2, TCP/UDP & SS7.
- Ability to explain Telecom architecture: 5G architecture, VoLTE, VoWiFi, Fixed telecom solution, NFVi and architectural changes to global telecom customer teams
- Exposure to Telco over cloud & having worked in CS Core, IMS/VoLTE, Subscriber Database Management will have added advantage
- Candidate shall have working experience in IMS & GSM/3G mobile core network / switching of any vendor.
Hands-on experience on the following products will have an added advantage: Nokia SBC, Nokia CSD/DDE, Nokia AAA, Radisys MRF, Nokia NGIN.
- Responsible for reviewing own work and attached functional team members.
- Responsible for assignment, tracking and monitoring of end to end bid flow.
Business Requirement:
- Provide Sales Support to Regional SSM and Customer Teams as member of Global Sales Support (GSS)
- Providing customer solutions and offer material (SoCs, Configuration, standard pricing, solution description writing) & reflect clear customer values & benefits
- Expert in own product/solution area. Responsible for reviewing own and peer's work.
- Responsible for providing end to end support in bid preparation work.
- Ready to work in different timezone based on requirements
