Senior System Test Engineer - FWA
Required Qualifications:
- MSc in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree
- Strong technical background in telecommunications (wireless or fixed networks), system and network performance test processes, test environment setup and debugging methods
- Working experience in some of 3GPP, LTE, 5G, WiFi, WiGig, GPON, Ethernet, VLAN, TCP/IP, IPv6, PPPoE, Netconf/Yang, QoS protocols and technologies
- Strong understanding of Linux based operating systems
- At least 2 years of test automation experience and interest in test case creation using Robot, bash scripting, TCL, Python etc
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Dedication and team spirit, self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment
- Continuous improvement and proactive mindset
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of successful product test experience, as well as a solid understanding of product development lifecycle process as well as test engineering processes
- CCNA/CCNP certification is considered a plus
- Experience in Nokia RAN configuration/optimization and radio performance testing techniques
- Experience in performance testing tools (e.g Spirent Test Center)
- Hands on test experience in fixed or mobile network CPEs/UEs
- Familiarity with RF concepts (WiFi/LTE)
