
Senior Technical Manager
A highly motivated deep technical expert to be part of Regional Delivery Team for delivering projects across APJ (Asia Pacific & Japan) region and take ownership of technical delivery of projects to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
As part of Digital Insights team will be responsible for end to end technical delivery of Projects within Analytics & Insights Domain.
- Work closely with Project Manager to finalise detailed schedule, identify & manage risks.
- Author & Review High Level & Detailed Design
- Create & manage work packages according to scope & design.
- Work with other internal teams as well as external vendors to make sure work packages are delivered on time with required quality.
- Support Presales for complex & customised solution and review the services scope and efforts.
- Identifying customer value creation
- Support care & operations handover.
- Mentoring & guiding teams.
- Builds deep understanding of Nokia products and solutions.
General Skills:-
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years’ experience in the software industry with at least 2 years’ experience as team lead.
- Great communication skills writing, presenting and listening
- Proven experience of Software Development Life Cycle with Waterfall, Agile & Devops.
- Be able to work with virtual teams spread across geography and groups.
- Strong focus on providing customers value – business, technical, educational
- Strong problem solving skills – technical & non-technical
- Competitive fire and insatiable curiosity
Technical Skills:-
- Demonstrated experience of at least 4-5 years in Analytics & Insights solutions.
- Strong understanding of Mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G).
- Exposure and Experience in Wireless telecom domain standards.
- Experience in designing scalable and redundant solutions.
- Familiar with Cloud Native principles and deployment on cloud.
