General Purpose:

 

To increase NSN product and system solutions sales utilising wide experience in technologies with defined customers or prospects in sales and marketing support activities.
 
Main Responsibility Area:

 

• Support regional NI PdM organization with product expertise within own area of knowledge.
• Responsible for service product support for Regional NI PdM organization
• Ensure that Line of Business (LoB) service products are implemented in GSS Services NI according to global structures and guidelines.
• Support implementation of global tools and processes for LoB product management in GSS Services NI.
• To ensure optimal bid in terms of scope, risks and cost to meet customer expectations.
• Provide relevant service documentation to Market NI PdM organization in customer solution creation and negotiation phases.
• Creation, maintenance and reporting of Country Service Catalog for relevant LoB.
• Provide support for service procurement and standardization team.
• Prepare the necessary documentation to support regional NI PdM organization to participate as needed in customer presentations and negotiations.
• Responsible for hand over of own service product specification from tendering to the project execution.

Additional Requirements:
 
- Customer Business Understanding Languages
- English (business fluent)
- French language added advantage
 
 PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
 - Must have good communication skills (oral & written)
 - Microsoft tool proficiency
