Preparation of overall customer services solution
• Assigns and assemble services sub team from earmarked resources based on requirement of the bid and capability of the resources
• Initiates Service Kick off meeting along with RSSM keeping BM and TSL in the loop
• Interfaces with Regional Service Solution Manager (RSSM), Service Product Managers (Regional, CSSC In-house PdMs, NI CBS)
• Responsible for providing the complete Service Solution after analyzing service requirements
• Responsible for costing for implementation, integration, Operation, Care, Project Management
• Pricing recommendation
• Responsible for Services SoC, Service Summaries, Service Solution Descriptions
• Consolidates the service offer and service related risks and assumptions.
• Service strategy & updating services bid directive
• Responsible and accountable for quality review (specialist and final review of all opportunities) of the services deliverables
• Key member for all reviews
• Discussions with regional counterparts
• Responsible for optimization of the offered services solution
• Ensure synergies across Service BL´s and technical solutions • Prepares service solution / implementation concept. • Ensure the concept of Smart Tendering during bids. Responsible for the creation • Thorough knowledge of the different Service BL's • Mentor the junior team members & give trainings to internal colleagues
6. Supports preparation of overall customer solution,Drives preparation of Technical Summary and Technical Solution Description, SOC,BOQ's,works closely towards Executive Summary preparation and ensures uniformity of approach across these various deliverables. captures the key sales messages, competition information aspect and incorporates selective Value Based Argumentation in the deliverables.
7. Resolves Inter BL/BU Issues and addresses any future improvements also in terms of ways of working
8. Ensures the final Technical deliverables are as per “Win and Bid strategy”
9. Follows all the Quality guidelines and is involved in continuous reviews, Final review process and all the defined checks
10. Good understanding of sales cycle and main Gates / Milestones.

12. Handles Bids across various Solutions and also provides and leads the Value based argumentation for features in the bids and works towards the Solution based VBA.Involved in Software sales upsell opportunities towards various CT's
13. Working as solution architect, knowledge of e2e solution is a must. Previous experience of involvement in multivendor telecom cases is necessary.
14. Technical Marketing and Business case development knowledge would be beneficial.
15. Has Prior exposure as Regional interface for customer team / Product line . Has expertise in any one domain /technology with overall e2e Solution understanding on the other technologies.Has experience in delivering customer presentations, workshops and understands domain/network level solution evolution requirements. Is capable to identify and guide the teams on Operator technical requirements and accordingly bring about a proactive approach towards solution selling
16. The ability to work independently, manage own time effectively and deliver on set targets, Is the key interface towards the region.Capable to handle new initiatives in Solutions ,Workshops and other related Projects
