Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge
BS, MS or PhD in Electrical, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and management skills including ability to coach and mentor team members.
At least 5 years of professional experience in Telco or IT environments.
Three or more years of demonstrated experience in software/system configuration management or project change management. And usage of Remedy and Repository Tools
Full understanding or Change Management Processes, either in Project, Quality, or Software Environment.
Spanish and English speaking
Experience working in a complex environment
Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
ITIL Certification.
eTOM formal training.
Certification in Project Management.
Training in Software/System Lifecycle Management
Training in Quality Configuration Management.
Ticketing Tools training on operations
Ability to work across organizations and cultures
