- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
- Ability to write and describe customer system problems in e-mail in English

- Good understanding of the HP blade servers and HP Servers
- Good understanding of the EMC storage and HP Storage system
- Good understanding of the Brocade SAN switches
- Good understand of the Cisco/HP switches
- Good understanding of the concepts of the external storage system
- Good understanding of data communication networks
- Good understanding of the L2/L3 layer of the DCN networks
- Good understanding of the IP routing protocol
- Good understanding of the Linux operating system (esp. RHEL)
- Good understand of the Database management system (esp. Oracle 10g/11g)
- Good understanding of the CORBA and SNMP
- Good understanding of the VMWare concepts and products.
- Good understanding of the Web Application Server(esp. IBM WebSphere and Apache Tomcat) and Web Applications.
- Good understanding of the Java programs( programming skill is optional)
- Good understanding of the Windows 2012 server platform and Windows policy configuration.
- Good understanding of LDAP/Directory Server.
- Good understanding of the Citrix products.
- Good understanding and ability to execute SQL and Oracle schema objects - tables, views, partition table, stored procedure.
- Good understanding of the reading Oracle logs.
- Good understanding of the Linux filesystems - ext3, ext4, GFS
- Good understanding of NFS.
- Good understanding of the external storage configuration - Storage pools configuration, LUN creation.
- Good understanding of SAN switch zoning.
- Good understanding of the system management level of Linux/UNIX commands.
- Good understanding of High Availability concept( network bonding, network interface, DCN)
- Good understanding of the RHCS.
- Good understanding of the file handling commands in Linux
- Basic skills to understand script based program - shell, Perl
- Knowledge on mobile telecommunication networks - 2G/3G/4G
- Good attitudes and mindset towards customers related to the products service provided
- Netact/NPM/Eden-Net Installation / Administration certification is a plus
- Vietnamese language for communication with customer is a must
