Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)  

BS, MS or PhD in Electrical, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent experience.   

 

At least 10 years of professional experience

 

Five or more years of demonstrated experience in Data Center architecture, design, implementation and operations.   IT Hardware and Software platforms. OpenStack or Vmware. Software Lifecycle.

 

 

Five or more years of demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of IT/IP networking  engineers and analysts in  consultancy, architecture, design, implementation and operations of Data Center and IT Platforms

Strong relationship management skills to build cross-organizational support for appropriate engagement and support of new services/solutions.

 

Strong leadership, technical and process skills including ability to coach and mentor team members. And able to transfer Knowledge.

 

Must be a quick learner (without formal training), self-motivated with outstanding customer interface, communication and advocacy skills

 

Ability to understand customer and internal business drivers for opportunities.

 

Availability to travel up to 25% of the time

 

Ability to work with Nokia teams around the globe

 

Fluent in English and Spanish

 

Effective communication

 

 

 

Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

 

 

OpenStack or VMWare Certification

 

SDN Certification

 

eTOM formal training.

 

ITIL Certification.

 

 

Experience in SLA Management
