Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)  

BS, MS or PhD in Electrical, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent experience.   

 

At least 10 years of professional experience

 

 

Five or more years of demonstrated experience in network consultancy, architecture, design, implementation and operations.   Core Networks (IMS, MSS, SDM, EPC/Packet Core, VAS, DNS/DHCP, AAA)

 

Full understanding of one or more Core domains (EPC, IMS, VAS) with all corresponding calls flows and 3GPP standards.

 

Experience in Network Performance Analysis and Capacity Planning or Management at Core Network level

 

Experience in VNF planning, design, deployment and operations. For Core Network.

 

Strong relationship management skills to build cross-organizational support for appropriate engagement and support of new services/solutions.

 

Strong leadership, technical skills including ability to coach and mentor team members. And able to transfer Knowledge.

 

Must be a quick learner (without formal training), self-motivated with outstanding customer interface, communication and advocacy skills

 

Ability to understand customer and internal business drivers for opportunities.

 

Availability to travel up to 25% of the time

 

Ability to work with Nokia teams around the globe

 

Fluent in English and Spanish

 

Effective communication

Network Service Quality Experience in LAT for Core Networks.
