SI Resource Manager - Transformation Consulting
Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
BS, MS or PhD in Electrical, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent experience.
Spanish and English speaking
5 years professional experience
Three or more years of demonstrated experience in managing engineer/analyst teams as functional/line manager in IT or Telco environment.
Experience in interfacing with multiple vendors in a complex environment
Good understanding about a Customer Service Provider organization, processes and operations
Strong people management skills including ability to coach and mentor team members.
Must be a quick learner (without formal training), self-motivated with good customer interface, communication and advocacy skills
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
Good knowledge of people management methods
Ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
MBA degree is a plus
Good team management skills and ability to work across organizations and cultures
ITIL Certification.
eTOM formal training.
Formal Training in People Management: Selection, Skills, Development..
Certification in Project Management
