Technical Skills:
OSP Design & Engineering skills on multiple FTTx projects (minimum 2 years).
Understanding of:
•OSP passive networks (fiber and copper).
•OSP (Passive) material and components.
•OSP Design & engineering rules.
•OSP Design & Drawing tools (AutoCAD) is a plus.
•Geographical Inventory/Information Systems is a plus.
•Active GPON knowledge is big plus.
Management / Leadership Skills:
•Ability to work within remote teams.
•Interface with organizations on a global level.
•Self manage and pursue complex SIOP projects.
•Basic Project Management knowledge.
•Understanding of sub-contractor engagement design and engineering.
•Effective communication/interpersonal skills.
Business Skills:
•Good communication and presentation skills.
•Financials Management for Projects and Offers (IPIS, and Cash flow inputs).
•Business case modeling, analysis and evaluations is a plus.
•Commercial management (contractual terms and conditions) & Risk management skills.
